At the Y, we are for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are dedicated to ensuring our facilities, programs and services are open and welcoming to all. As part of this effort, we are proud to offer our members access to YMCA facilities across the United States that participate in Nationwide Membership. This way, our members can use the Y as often as they like, making it easier to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Nationwide Membership enables you to visit any participating YMCA in the United States through membership at your “home” YMCA (your home Y is the local association that enrolled you as a member and collects your membership dues). We offer this because we want to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work or travel. This is an essential part of our mission to strengthen communities.
We understand that sometimes it is more convenient for members to take advantage of a Y near their workplace or when they are traveling outside the area of their home Y. With Nationwide Membership, members have the flexibility to use participating Y facilities throughout the United States at no extra charge.
With classes that range from stretching, weight training, to cardio, you will find something that is right for you.
Includes multiple cardio machines, stretching area, cable machines and free weights.
A safe environment for Lap swimming, exercising, taking a class, or having your kids in swim lessons. Enjoy the sauna after a great workout.
Enjoy the benefits of Y24 and be able to work out whenever you want. Our Wellness Center and free weight room are available 24/7 for any adult member over age 18.
Childwatch is a safe environment where their littles can play, enjoy arts & crafts and have fun while you workout.

Payments can be made monthly only through a bank or credit card draft. Drafts are automatically scheduled for the 15th of each month. Cancellations must be made by the eighth day of the month to avoid the next scheduled draft.
Joining fees are one-time investments in the Y facilities. Your joining fee will not be payable again as long as your membership does not lapse for more than 60 days.
Memberships can also be paid quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. When signing up for your membership, you may be required to pay a partial extra month (depending on the day of the month that you join). The membership will automatically renew each year until you cancel and return your card(s) to the YMCA.

The Warren County YMCA Fee Assistance Program is made possible by financial support received from the Warren County United Way and donations received through the annual Kids Need Heroes Campaign. Consistent with the goals and objectives of the Warren County YMCA, membership or program services will be made available to all persons, regardless of ability to pay. If you feel that you or your family can benefit from this program, please click here for a Scholarship Application. Scholarship Applications are ONLINE ONLY.
It is the mission of the YMCA to provide services for any person or family desiring to participate, regardless of ability to pay the standard membership or program fees. Every year, the YMCA raises money to help with scholarships for youths and families through our Kids Need Heroes campaign. Those not able to pay the full fee may be awarded assistance based on demonstrated inability to pay and the YMCA’s ability to provide funding.
Because the demand for financial assistance is great, the YMCA must follow the eligibility guidelines. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to available resources. The YMCA reserves the right to adjust scholarships as needed during a given calendar year. Notice will be provided when adjustments are made.
Assistance will be granted on the basis of financial need. The YMCA believes a strong sense of ownership and pride is developed if the recipient has contributed to the cost of YMCA involvement; therefore, applicants will be asked to pay some portion of the fees. Financial assistance is awarded on a six-month and annual basis from the date of approval, and participants are requalified each year.
Anyone interested in our financial assistance program can call the Warren County YMCA at 309-734-3183, apply online, or come to the Warren County YMCA front desk. We can get you set up when you walk through the doors. However, anyone interested in financial assistance under 50% must provide at least 3 months of paystubs, 3 months of any income you are receiving, or last years tax return information. We will not keep any copies of your information at our facility. All information will be shown to the Membership Director. Once your financial assistance is approved then all information will be handed back to you or shredded.
Applicants will be contacted within five to ten business days of submitting the request. They will not be registered for programs until they pay the specified program fees.
Financial assistance eligibility will be determined by a trained staff member after a thorough review of the application and all supporting documentation. Failure to show all required documentation under 50% within ten business days of the original request will cause a denial of the request. Subsidies will be granted to the extent that funds are available. The YMCA reserves the right to deny or end assistance to any applicant at any time. Notice will be provided immediately by the Account Services Department.
Any family who does not utilize the approved financial assistance may lose it and be suspended from further application for YMCA programs. If your child cannot participate, you are required to contact the YMCA prior to his or her first day of attendance. Services must be utilized for a minimum of 80 percent of the program. Abusing this policy will be grounds for dismissal from the YMCA program.
If an account is two weeks past due, your child may be removed from the YMCA program for non-payment at the facility’s discretion. Additionally, financial assistance may be terminated. Upon payment of your account in full, the YMCA will reconsider the reinstatement of financial assistance and allow your child to attend YMCA programs.
To stay compliant, you must update all contact information, including address, home phone number, work phone number, and cell phone number for all guardians.
