Warren County YMCA Programs Water Fitness:
AFYAP This arthritis accredited class is designed to keep muscles and joints moving freely. Low impact movements with the resistance and weightlessness of the body through water will improve balance, flexibility, and strength.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 2:15-3:00 pm

Splash Dance Let the fun begin! This class is full of enjoyment! Splash Dance consists of a warm-up, low-impact and high impact moves, a cooldown, then ends with a five to ten minute stretch. You can work out to the beat of some of your favorite music. Tools are used such as: noodles, bouies, webbed-gloves, and more. There is never a dull moment!

Treading Water Treading Water is a no shock, no impact deep-water workout using a flotation belt. This class focus on strengthening the back, toning muscles, and flexibility. Resistance from the water is a great way to exercise hard without pain. Treading water is a class for all fitness levels!

Water Walking No bounce fitness class held in our shallow end. For those who need low impact, and have limited joint motion, this class is for you! Flexibility by lunging, stepping with high knees, and wide walks are just some of the moves you will learn. You'll be impressed on how the resistance of the water can improve your strength.
